GFS understands that every machine we build is customized for each clients' production requirements. In developing the perfect design, there is a collaborative effort between you and Generic Fluid Systems to create this exact layout. Here are some of the quality features that can be included in your build.
PRESSURE POTS
Stainless Steel Pressure Pots are an optimal supply source that can offer a smooth, pulse-less flow of ingredients to your dispenser. This is an inexpensive solution to adding ingredients with no pumps or drives needed. Ingredient agitation is available, and disposable tank liners can be purchased for easy clean up.
TRANSFER PUMPS
A variety of transfer pumps can be added to the design of your delivery systems to move ingredients from alternate supply sources. Engineers can make recommendations to help you obtain the flow rates necessary for your production.
CUSTOM MIX ROOM
We can supply and integrate an NFPA and OSHA rated “Mix Room” to house dispenser and supply vessels. These custom paint booths provide spill containment, exhaust and fresh air supply, segregation of formulation operations, and NEC compliance for electrical code up to Class 1 / Division 1.
BULK TANKS
Bulk Supply Tanks can be excellent for high running, large source ingredients.
